Fun Cards for Halloween -- Spotted by Cindy

Halloween cards are the thought for the moment! Kids, grandkids, and even those grown-ups who are "still kids at heart" love fun cards for Halloween. And to make it easier for you to choose your cards this year, we're highlighting some of the cute, spooky, or just plain awesome cards that we've run across at Zazzle.

Halloween Card--Scarecrow Girl--Happy Halloween
We're proud to say that this fun card was created by one of our very own bloggers here at Cool-Findz! But, least you think we're bragging, we won't say much more except to tell you the outside of the greeting card features a smiling scarecrow girl and the words, "Happy Halloween." The inside verse says, "Hoping you get treats that make you smile."

 Ghostly Boooo Cards
Here's a fun card that's great for younger children, with a design that's more cute than scary. It's just right for those trick-or-treaters who need a little less scare and a lot more fun. The outside features a ghost saying "Boooo" and the inside is blank for your own personalized message.

Halloween Squirrel Post Card
Kids and adults that enjoy nature photos will love this Halloween post card. It features a squirrel sitting in a basket of fall gourds and the verse says, "Trick or Treat!" Who can resist a squirrel looking for treats?

Witch's Stripy Socks Photo Card
This is such a cute concept that we couldn't help but it. And mostly, because it made us laugh! The photo card features the stripy socks of three witches and will tickle anyone -- kids and adults alike -- who receives it!
Cemetery Sunset Happy Halloween Card
Great for teens or adults, this card is spooky, yet cool at the same time. And the fact that it's designed by another of our own Cool-Findz bloggers makes it even better. The outside shows an old cemetery and the inside has a spider web and verse that says, "Happy Halloween."

The photo cards and post cards above are a great way to go because they cost less to purchase and mail. On the other hand, it's always fun to send a greeting card that can be displayed on the mantel or coffee table. The greeting cards have versatility since you can usually purchase them as a smaller note card, which costs less. And even better yet, Zazzle is running a sale ...

"Pecked" by Susan: A Store for Chicken Lovers

As many of you might know, I keep chickens, and guineas.  I do so love the entertainment value that our birds provide... and those eggs, ohmigoodness, sooooooo delicious!

And although I've never been a chicken art fanatic, I think that Natalie Schorr's Chicken Dance store on Zazzle could easily make a convert out of me.  I can just see my house cluttered with her divine chicken art in a few short months, LOL!!

For starters, I'm really loving this vintage red rooster print.  This kind of retro, grunge-style would look awesome in my kitchen.

You say you're not keen on chickens gracing the walls of your home?  Well then, how about a few coffee mugs ~ the perfect way to start your day, especially your Saturday or Sunday!  This particular design has such a classic, timeless elegance.

Next up, how about this positively adorable Chicken Dance apron? Wouldn't this apron be too much fun for mom and daughter to both wear, whilst they are busy creating memories in the kitchen together?

Last but definitely not least, how about letting the whole world know about your love for chickens with a custom iPhone case?!  Natalie has designs for the iPhone 3 and 4, along with designs for your iPad too!

In closing, Natalie has over 760 products in her Chicken Dance store on Zazzle.  I've barely touched the tip of the iceberg with the 4 products I've shown you here.

You're sure to find something for yourself in her store, or if chickens just aren't your thing, I'll bet you have a dear friend who just adores her chickens and would be thrilled to receive a very special chicken gift from you!

Bookmark this blog post and when a special occasion demands the perfect chicken gift, you'll know EXACTLY where to get one!

I'm wishing Natalie much success with her ALL of her Zazzle stores - yep, she has more than one Zazzle store, 27 to be exact!

BONUS: Today only (Wednesday, March 14, 2012) take an extra 14% off your Zazzle order!  Valid on any Zazzle products in any store.  Enter the coupon code SALEFORPIDAY at checkout.

Or take advantage of free shipping on orders over $50 through March 31 by entering FREESHIPFORU at checkout.

See the Zazzle home page for more details and exclusions on both of the above offers.  Both offers cannot be used at the same time.

Misty's Find ~ KKH Photos Variety Store

Having my own Zazzle store, I'm not only impressed by some of the awesome products and designs I find, I'm also impressed by the design of the stores. KKH Photos Variety Store is one of those stores which made me instantly say "WOW!" There was obviously a lot of time, talent, and attention put into the design of this spectacular store!

I'm particularly impressed by her binders. Not only are they extremely attractive, but she had such fantastic ideas!

For example, this coupon binder: (LOVE it!)

And this scrumptious recipe binder:

Or, if you just want to be inspired by beauty each time you pick up your binder, she offers plenty of that opportunity too.

Karen is the talent behind KKH Photos, and she says she's a "Small town photographer working world wide on the web". She's definitely very talented, and I'm glad I discovered her store. For, not only are her creations amazing, but she's also an inspiration!

Spotted by Cindy: AlexandraWaterman's Store

Peacock Love stamp

There are so many cool products at Zazzle, and do you think it's easy to narrow it down to just one store to write about? Not on your asterisk!

Okay, so that's a play on words ... an asterisk is used as part of a referral code at Zazzle. And because I'm an up front kind of gal, I'll tell you that this list of products contains affiliate links. But, hey, that doesn't mean my heart holds less love for them because of it.

AlexandraWaterman's Store
is one that I found, and it has such cute items. Let me say that again. C. U. T. E. I love her colors, which are mainly turquoise or shades of pink. And I'm not even a pink person.

That says something about the art work, doesn't it?

Here are a few of my favorites, and I'm sure you'll see several that you'll fall in love with.

"Lil Heart Owl (iPad Sleeve)" by AlexandraWaterman

Alexandra's store has only been open since Dec 2011, but she says the following, "I am passionate about nature, every little animal, and the beautiful world around me ... Sharing my art with the world and making someone smile is all that I can ask for. This little store helps me get my art to you!"

Alexandra's art makes me smile, and here at Cool-Findz we're wishing her much success at AlexandraWaterman's Store.

Spotted by Susan: Grey's Zoo

I am just  c r a z y  about Nicole King's art at her Zazzle store  Grey's Zoo.

The play of patterns and bright colors on her products captivated me as I browsed through her store.  I absolutely adore her Zeb & Zenya zebra art!

Here's a sampling of what I found:

Grey's Zoo is a fresh new Zazzle store, just opened in September 2011. Nicole's store is so well done that she's already found herself on the home page of Zazzle as a featured store... how's that for success!!

Stop by her store, leave her a comment if you'd like, or better yet, purchase a card or one of her art canvases or any of the 1000+ products you'll find in her Zazzle store....  you're practically guaranteed to find something you like.

Nicole's store is now one of my "favorite" stores, so I'll be watching for new products from her as 2012 marches along.  I'm wishing her much success with Grey's Zoo.
